Since the value of a property is directly tied to the quality of the environment surrounding it, real estate professionals have a vested interest in helping protect and preserve the environment.

During this meeting we will cover the History of Lake Wallenpaupack, PPL’s permitting policy, PA Fish & Boat Commission’s Rules & Regulations, Impacts of Land Development on Water Resources, Protection of Water Resources, On-lot Septic Systems, Water Testing and the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District.

Sponsors of this program include PPL, the Pike County Conservation District, the Wayne Conservation District, the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District and the Penn State Cooperative Extension.
